There has always been a deep and ancestral bond between food and eros, between eating and procreating, between taste and sexuality, experiences that best define the pleasure of living. In this second meeting we will retrace through anecdotes and curiosities this indissoluble and primordial bond.
Speaker: Gastone Saletnich
Gastone Saletnich is an expert in Medieval History, he collaborated with the Vatican Apostolic Archives. For years he has been dealing with food history and since 2019 he has been teaching “food tourism and territory” in the Master promoted by the University of Roma Tre. Also on the theme of food he collaborated with the National Geographic and with the magazine “Atlante”, magazine of the Italian Encyclopedia Institute founded by Giovanni Treccani.
